Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.

Items will be collected from your shipping address (unless you request another address in your return message), and you will be charged for the shipping according to your area.
In case of COD you will receive your refund when item is collected and incase of online payment process might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In this case we will exchange it for you immediately if the item is in stock or we will customize it for you. Shipping will be free.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items.
*Please note that personalized items including those with customized colors, specific measurements, or design changes are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before confirming.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, in your message inform us with the item you want to exchange and the difference will be calculated and charged in cash upon receiving your order. In this case shipping of exchanged item is charged on the customer.
